During the past 15 years I’ve experienced many corporate, spiritual, yoga, personal development workshops and retreats and I feel very passionate about being given food that will enhance our overall experience of the Workshop or Retreat. I truly believe that in such a sacred space we can only be given a clean plant based menu.
Each and every event is different so I like to work closely with the host to find out what will serve the students or participants of the event the most. Food plays an important role in how we feel and this is so important to consider when organising retreat and workshops. I have over 15 years experience in Event Management so if you need advice organising your event I’m happy to help too!

Rachel catered for our day yoga retreat at The Zen Shed. Absolutely fantastic food that all of our yogis loved. Her knowledge and passion for vegan food is infectious. I had the pleasure of meeting Rachel on a yoga retreat, she is a true inspiration and has amazing energy and passion for what she does. Rachel was really friendly and was more then happy to answer my 101 questions! The food was AMAZING, everything she made was so colourful, nutritious and tasty. What can I say. Rachel is fantastic and has an inspiring persona. She has a passion that’s visible and the best thing is it’s reflected in her food. I tried the oat cookies 🍪 yum, the chocolate brownie made from sweet potato OMG I couldn’t tell and last but not least the amazing carrot cake which I must say was absolutely divine.
